Cultivating Potential
Transforming Beliefs & Behavior

About Us

A SHORT STORY ABOUT OUR PURPOSE

Here at Cultivating Potential, we specialise in bringing about transformational change on the individual, organizational, and social level.

The intention is to transform limiting beliefs, as well as creating a shared sense of meaning and purpose among the participants towards creating a shared vision of organizational and social possibilities.

Staying close within the theoretical boundaries of Positive Psychology, two models of change are utilized; Appreciative Inquiry, and/or Psych-K. Both models remain focused on transforming beliefs and behaviors, so previous barriers are eliminated. This creates the freedom to move in the direction where intention is focused.
